Welcome to the second edition of my new pastry magazine! 


This magazine includes my Rasberry Charlotte, Lemon Polenta Pistachio Macaron, Caramel Vanilla St. Honore, and Mango Macadamia Nut Macaron recipes. In addition to the recipes with detailed instruction and photographs to help you through each recipe, there are a few articles to give you additional details and information about my inspiration for and thoughts on some of the recipes. This edition of the magazine also comes with video tutorials for each of the recipes, so you can watch me make each pastry step by step!
