I'm a professional pastry chef

After insisting that pastry was just a hobby for many years, I decided to move to France for pastry school and an internship in a Michelin starred restaurant after graduating from college to intensively study French pastry. 

Of course it was insanely difficult, but I fell in love with all things patisserie - especially macarons! 

Macarons, to me, provide the perfect technical and creative challenge while still being incredibly fun to make, eat and share. For a lot of bakers though, the challenge can be overwhelming. 

So I am here to help! Allow me to provide guidance as well as assistance in planning themes and box sets of recipes, with all the templates, directions, and video instructions you need to make your bakes successful.
