This ebook includes my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe, eight macaron filling recipes (many of which include primary and secondary fillings), instructions for using chocolate to dip and decorate macarons, information on calculating macaron fillings, and links to tools and ingredients used in the recipes.

Each recipe includes notes on the macaron with information on any changes I made to my macaron shell recipe, ideas for making adaptations to the filling recipe(s), and tips for changing the type of chocolate used in the recipe.  Macaron Flavors Include:
