Trouvaille (/tru ‘ vai/ or troo-VIGH)

a French word that means ‘a lucky find’ or ‘to find unexpected good fortune.

TROUVAILLE is a monthly pastry magazine with macaron recipes, non-macaron pastry recipes, articles, detailed instructions and photographs, and video tutorials. This magazine began in March 2024, and has gone through many transformations since it’s inception. I am so proud of all of the recipes and content I share through this magazine, and I am thrilled to share it with all of you! Regular issues of Trouvaille are published to the public 6 months after they have been published to members of my pastry subscription.
