a French word that means ‘a lucky find’ or ‘to find unexpected good fortune.

TROUVAILLE is a monthly pastry magazine with macaron recipes, non-macaron pastry recipes, articles, detailed instructions and photographs, and video tutorials. This magazine began in March 2024, and has gone through many transformations since it’s inception. The first 16 issues of Trouvaille are available for individual purchase - with recipes only, video tutorial, and sometimes physical versions. Beginning July 2025, issues of Trouvaille are released only to the highest tier of my membership program - Ultimate Patissiers.
