Trouvaille (/tru ‘ vai/ or troo-VIGH)

a French word that means ‘a lucky find’ or ‘to find unexpected good fortune.

TROUVAILLE is a monthly pastry magazine with macaron recipes, non-macaron pastry recipes, articles, detailed instructions and photographs, and video tutorials. The magazine is released at the end of each month as well as in a discounted seasonal bundle (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter), with options for a recipes only version, video tutorial version, and a physical printed version.
