THE RECIPE:
This recipe includes a basic macaron shell recipe, painted macaron shell tutorial, and chocolate ganache. There is a video tutorial and an additional digital ebook to help guide you through the baking process from start to finish.

YES, you can purchase this pastry mail from anywhere in the world! I live in Portland, Oregon (USA) and I am able to mail the letters locally and internationally.
If you live in the United States, it will take around 2-7 days to receive the letter. If you live in the rest of North America, it will take around 1-2 weeks to receive the letter. If you live in Europe, it will likely take around 2-3 weeks to receive the letter. If you live in Asia, it will likely take around 2-3 weeks to receive the letter. As of yet, I have not sent any test letters to South America or Africa, though I imagine it would take about 2-4 weeks to arrive there as well.
IMPORTANT: This Valentine’s Day Pastry Mail is only available right now and will only be posted for Valentine’s Day 2026! If I have any extra stickers or items, I may add them to my website for Valentine’s Day 2027, but otherwise this recipe, tutorial and bonus items are ONLY AVAILABLE NOW! Pricing Breakdown:
All of my previous recipes have been shared digitally through ebook format or through my pastry membership program. When I consider how to price these digital items, I consider the ingredient cost, how long it takes me to edit an item, projected sales, etc. For this pastry mail product, I have to take many other costs into consideration. The envelope, stamps, paper, postcards, stickers, and all of the decorative details have not only taken time to create but also cost money to print or order. The price of this item allows me to to purchase everything I need, stuff your envelope full of goodies, provide a detailed recipe and tutorial, and still be able to pay myself for my work.
