This book focuses on filling flavors and recipes, but also includes my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe and tutorial, ingredients and tool list, and information about calculating fillings and using leftover scraps. There are four macaron recipes, each including two or three filling recipes, information about the shells and decorations, and information about making adjustments to the recipes. Each of the macaron recipes in this ebook comes with a video tutorial to add additional information and to demonstrate exactly how to create each recipe.
