This recipe includes two filling recipes - a lavender fog ganache and a lavender shortbread - as well as my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe. There are two tutorials, one for the macaron fillings and one for the basic macaron shells. The ebook also comes with detailed instructions, step-by-step photos, and plenty of notes for making possible adaptations or adjustments to the recipe.
