This recipe includes two filling recipes - a caramelized sugar ganache and cocoa milk jam - as well as a chocolate dip recipe and instruction and my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe. There are two tutorials, one for the macaron fillings and one for the basic macaron shells. The ebook also comes with detailed instructions, step-by-step photos, and plenty of notes for making possible adaptations or adjustments to the recipe.
