This ebook includes eight candies turned macaron recipes, additional adaptation notes and step-by-step photos, along with my basic French meringue macaron shell recipe and tutorial, and information about calculating macaron fillings.

These recipes include buttercream, caramel, and ganache primary fillings, with all sorts of secondary fillings and chocolate dip recipes as well.
Outside of the basic macaron shell recipe, this ebook does not come with video tutorials.
As always, my recipes are given in grams. If you prefer a different style of measurement in your kitchen, you are welcome to use an online kitchen calculator to help make any necessary adjustments.
